Our Digital Ads Specialist will assist in creating, managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. This junior-level position is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, looking to take that next step in their digital marketing career by gaining more hands-on experience and developing expertise in performance-driven advertising strategies.
We are a B2B agency focusing on technology and telecom where you'll contribute from local, hyper-focused advertising to national campaigns. While our creative is top-notch, our digital team focuses on function first to ensure our magic serves client goals. The team is collaborative by choice and necessity. We make ourselves available to help when you're in a bind, and we ask that you reciprocate. We are a "pull" organization - meaning all our team members take ownership of their projects and pull needed inputs, resources and client buy-in to get the job done. You have a knack for diving deep into digital ads, figuring out what makes campaigns perform and finding ways to make them even better. In your opinion, there is a right way to do things. You want to own the whole chain from setting up campaigns in platforms to monitoring details, analyzing the data, adjusting settings, making approved optimizations and suggesting other improvements to ensure our clients see measurable results while constantly improving what our team delivers.
Campaign Management: Assist in creating and managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and other programmatic networks. Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting performance goals and KPIs.
Ad Creative & Copy: Collaborate with the creative team to implement ad copy, visuals, and assets that align with client objectives. A/B test ad variations to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR). You don't have to do the design; you make sure it works.
Audience Targeting: Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting audiences. Leverage platform-specific tools to refine audience segments and optimize delivery.
Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign data and create detailed reports to share insights and recommendations with internal teams or clients. Track ROI and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for multiple clients, ensuring optimal allocation and minimal overspending. Identify opportunities to scale budgets based on campaign performance.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and share insights with the team. Experiment with new ad formats and platforms to drive innovation for clients.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or others. Basic understanding of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Clear/accurate communication, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bonus Points: Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar programs. Experience with tools like StackAdapt, SEMrush, DemandBase, and ZoomInfo. Copywriting for the web. A passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a similar role (internship experience counts). Enterprise B2B brand preferred.
