You have an uncanny ability to grind through the bits and parts of complex systems to find out what makes them tick and how to make them work better.  This is what a Marketing Analyst does with marketing programs, campaigns and larger initiatives to measure our success, report it to clients and constantly improve what our team delivers.

Core Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with data management tools (Supermetrics, Zapier), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data/Looker Studio), marketing automation platforms (Act-On, HubSpot, Eloqua) and adtech systems (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data interpretation principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
How you will spend your time
  • Data Modeling & Analysis: Analyze client data to find/interpret patterns and trends to generate actionable insights for marketing decisions.
  • Client Reporting & Insights: Develop, maintain, and automate detailed client-facing reports, providing insights and explanations to contextualize data findings. Ensure reports are clear, accurate, and provide meaningful recommendations aligned with client goals.
  • MarTech and AdTech Report Management: Manage reports in systems such as Act-On, HubSpot, Eloqua, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Data Studio/Looker, Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Zapier, and other relevant applications.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (account, project management, and creative services) to support data needs and ensure alignment across campaigns and reporting.
